On December 8th, 2017 at approximately 8:00 a.m. following a disturbance call in the Village of Cuba, Cuba Police arrested Nichole Irvin,32, of Cuba. Irvin was charged with criminal trespass 2nd (Misdemeanor) and endangering the welfare of a child ( Misdemeanor). Irvin was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. Irvin is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

 

On December 7th, 2017 following another burglary investigation in the Village of Cuba, Cuba Police arrested Shawn Roney, 24, of Cuba. Roney was charged with Burglary 2nd (Felony) and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th (Misdemeanor). These charges stem from an incident where Roney allegedly entered a dwelling in the Village of Cuba and took several items that didn’t belong to him. Roney was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail on $5,000.00 bail. Roney is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
