On December 17th at approximately 5:00 p.m. Cuba Police arrested Samantha R. Ryan, 22, of Rushford on charges of issuing a bad check ( 6 counts, Misdemeanor). These charges stem from an incident where Ryan allegedly issued 6 bad checks at the Giant Food Mart in Cuba. Ryan was processed and released to appear at a later date. Ryan is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
