Greenwood man jailed following arrest by Andover police
The Andover Police Department arrested Peter H. Richard, 43, from Greenwood on Friday, September 7 at 10:30 p.m. He was charged with two counts of felony aggravated DWI for having two children under age 16 in the vehicle (Leandra's Law), violation of interlock device not in vehicle, felony DWI for previous DWI conviction within past 10 years, refusal to submit to a breath test, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 2nd degree and a tail lamp violation. Richard was arraigned in village of Andover court and remanded to the Allegany County Jail and bail was set at $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond and he is due back in Andover Village Court.
