9/8/18 9:58am- State police arrested Eric J. Perkins, 39, of Bolivar. He was charged with felony 2nd degree forgery-tokens and misdemeanor petit larceny. The charges stem from a forgery complaint filed August 24th in Friendship. He was released on his own recognizance.
9/8/18 2:02pm- State police investigated an ATV crash at Tall Pines off Jones Road in Andover. troopers identified the operator as Elena Villaruel, 40, of Wilmington, Delaware. She was treated at Jones memorial Hospital.
9/8/18 5:40pm- Troopers arrested Zackary M. Tesson, 30, of Almond, He was charged with 2nd degree menacing with a weapon. He was taken into custody on County Road 2 in Almond. He was held for court action.
9/8/18 11:08pm- During a traffic stop on County Road 115 in Lindley, state police arrested Anthony T. Days, 47, of Lindley. he was charged with felony counts of DWI, BAC above .08% and 1st degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was also charged with circumventing an ignition interlock, drinking booze in a vehicle, speeding and inadequate muffler. He was detained.
