3/27/19 9:51am- State police arrested Richard A. Leathers, 42, of Newfane. He was charged with two counts of sexual misconduct. The alleged crimes were reported on February 8th and occurred in the town of Allen. Leathers was released on his own recognizance.
3/27/19 4:40pm- State police arrested Harman J. Werlitz, 32, of St. Marys, PA. He was charged with welfare fraud 5th and first-degree filing a false instrument with intent to defraud. The incident occurred in the village of Belmont.
