Wellsville Police charged Nicholas E. Tubbs, age 22 of Mills, PA for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (an unclassified misdemeanor) and No/Insufficient Tail Lamps. The charges stem from a traffic stop on West Dyke Street in the Village of Wellsville. Tubbs was issued traffic citations and released. Tubbs is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 14th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police charged Holden A. Crabb, age 28 of Wellsville for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd (unclassified misdemeanor) and uninspected motor vehicle. The charges stem from a traffic stop on the Bolivar Road in the Village of Wellsville. Crabb was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Crabb was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on May 21st at 4:30 p.m.
