Wellsville Police arrested Kyle E. Jimerson, age 25 of Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd.  The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Brooklyn Avenue on May 21st.  Jimerson was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.  Jimerson was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

 

Wellsville Police arrested Tyler W. Cowburn, age 24 of Andover, charging him with an Open Container (Local Law Violation).  The charge stems from an incident that took place on Maple Avenue in the Village of Wellsville.  Cowburn was issued an appearance ticket and is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 25th at 4:30 p.m.
