8/11/19 4:48pm- During a traffic stop on I-86 in Angelica, State Police arrested Brent C. Bolin, 45. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon. He was released on appearance tickets for court.
8/11/19 9:11pm- During a traffic stop on County Road 18 in Bolivar, State Police arrested Diana M. Taggerty, 47, of Portville. She was charged with:

1. Driving while intoxicated
2. refusal to take a breath test
3. unsafe backing
4. drinking alcohol in a vehicle on a highway
5. speeding
6. move from a lane unsafely (2 counts)
7. driving to the left of pavement markings
8. failure to keep right
9. failure to obey a traffic control device
10. leaving the scene of a property damage accident
11. obstructed vision
12. no tail lamps

Bail was set at $250.
8/12/19 1;04am- During a stop on State Route 21 in Almond, Troopers arrested McKenzie J. Barnes, 20, of Almond. She was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
