Date: Monday August 12, 2019Wellsville Police arrested Barbara K. Lipyance, age 55 of Wellsville, and Megan D. Lipyance, age 28 of Wellsville, following a disturbance on East Hanover Street in the Village of Wellsville. Barbara was charged with Endangering the Welfare of and Harassment 2nd. Megan was charged with Criminal Mischief 4th, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd. Both subjects were issued appearance tickets and released. Barbara is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 27th at 4:30 p.m. and Megan is due to appear on August 20th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Shane A. Doan, age 32 of Wellsville, charging him with Assault 3rd, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th, Harassment 2nd and 3 counts of Menacing 2nd. The charges stem from an incident that took place on Rauber Street in the Village of Wellsville. Doan was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Doan was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 property bond. Doan is due back in Wellsville Village Court on August 20th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police charged Nicole L. Neary, age 42 of Wellsville with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (unclassified misdemeanor) for driving with a suspended driver’s license, and Improper/No Signal. The charges stem from a traffic stop on North Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Neary was issued traffic citations and released. Neary is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 27th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested April M. Baldwin, age 32 of Wellsville, charging her with Grand Larceny 4th (Class E Felony). Baldwin was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Baldwin was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $2,000.00 cash bail or $4,000.00 property bond. Baldwin is due back in Wellsville Village Court on August 20th at 4:30 p.m.
