A Tonawanda man is headed to state prison for possessing drugs during a traffic stop May 17th on State Route 244 in Alfred. Mario T. Turner was sentenced as a predicate felony Friday by judge Terry Parker to serve 2 1/2 years in prison. He must also serve two years of post-release supervision. Prosecutors said Turner possessed crack cocaine with the intent to sell it.
