Pennsylvania State Police have finally released details on a serious crash in Genesee that happened June 25th. Troopers said 57-year-old Kevin Ruggiero of Genesee placed his truck in reverse when it began traveling at a high rate of speed striking Reed’s Market. The truck then continued across Commercial Street slamming into a car parked in a driveway. The impact shoved the parked vehicle into a garage. The building was heavily damaged. Ruggiero faces numerous alcohol-related charges as well as careless and reckless driving.
